Ellis D. Youngblood
hey! taking our dm over here. so I read over Ellis's app the other day and given his background and past trauma I don't think Ellis would have approved of Margret's lifestyle previously, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
I think past Margret probably would have seen Ellis as being sort of lame, no fun, stick in the mud, etc. She likely would have been very judgmental about his appearance. Probably would think of him as a pretty cis boy that gets everything he wants without much substance and never really put much effort into getting to know him. Honestly, I can picture Margret seeing him walk by and just giving big old eye rolls. She can be a bit contrarian just for the sake of being contrarian and the fact that he seems like the golden boy would just leave an acrid taste in her mouth. (key word: seems)
I think in the present tense she's very different. I don't know is Ellis would be the type to ever try to talk to her after her unwarranted poor treatment towards him but I'm sure word will get around in a small town about her stunt in rehab and ultimately her drastic change of character. She isn't anti drugs now per say, but she is very much sober (or, as sober as you can be while being unknowingly drugged and heavily medicated?). I don't think she would hang onto those judgements she made of Ellis previously so there's the potential for maybe a blooming friendship or acquaintance between these two if you're interested.
