03.2023 | WELCOME BACK! Hello friends old and new! I'm so excited to welcome you all back to SITW! I've made some changes to the plot and added the ability to play supernatural charcaters! So come and check it out! I can't wait to jump back into this little town with all of you!
A strange history surrounds the town, it is a place where mysterious and supernatural things have been known to happen. The reputation of the town reguarly draws in visitors and newcomers alike. While some residents avidly believe in the supernatural, others are far more skeptical. What do you believe?
Milo had been saving and picking up extra jobs in order to afford the bike of his dreams. Well, maybe not of his dreams but you’d never know that with how excited he was about the piece of junk.
He was parked in the back of the grocery store parking lot waiting for West and had a wrinkled map spread out over the seat and looking at it full of confusion.
He had most certainly not told his dad the plan. He’d call at some point and let him know after he was already gone. He wanted to escape this place for a bit but he didn’t need his dumb dad to file some sort of missing persons report or something either.

They had talked about a road trip forever. Years back even, though never with any sort of plans. Just one of those 'one day' sort of dreams that they were both determined to do but deep down they knew would never happen.
West realized that everyone else in his life was doing something, going somewhere, even places he didn't envy, but he realized his life was pretty lame. And then Milo started saving for a bike. West offered to help, because he wasn't about to not help his friend out. But at the same, he understood the meaning behind putting blood sweat and tears into something to tear it and he didn't want to cheapen anything but being too much. So, he promised to take care of everything else. Gas. Food on the trip. Camping gear. Hostels. More gas. Drugs. More food. Some tools. Most of it already packed in the bags on the back of his bike.
He pulled into the grocery store backlot, grinning as he spotted his friend and his new ride. Well, it wasn't new, but that hardly mattered. What mattered, was that Milo's scrunched up face peering at a half folded, wrinkled roadmap was probably the best expression he had seen in a long time. "Yo, Milo!" He pulled off his helmet as he kicked out the stand, dismounting his orange bike and offering his friend a fist. He studied the map a split second, looked up at the sun as it was just beginning to sink behind the trees at the back of the lot. He reached out and spun the map ninety degrees and pointed out their little speck of a town on the map. There was really only one road out of the place.
"You got our route mapped out?" he teased. They had mentioned a few places, but never really looked at a map. Well, not together. West had thought a couple times of running away and looked at enough maps to know how to follow them. Maybe Milo had too. He wasn't sure. "I don't mind being the navigator, sir!" he barked, pulling his helmet close and faking a salute, his leather jacket almost pulling off the "aviator pilot" vibe.
