03.2023 | WELCOME BACK! Hello friends old and new! I'm so excited to welcome you all back to SITW! I've made some changes to the plot and added the ability to play supernatural charcaters! So come and check it out! I can't wait to jump back into this little town with all of you!
A strange history surrounds the town, it is a place where mysterious and supernatural things have been known to happen. The reputation of the town reguarly draws in visitors and newcomers alike. While some residents avidly believe in the supernatural, others are far more skeptical. What do you believe?
Wanted Arturo Diaz de Frontera is the leader of the Coven of Sweetwater. He's looking for a few 'family' members, and open to other plots. He's likely sired quite a few vampires that are members of the coven. Not all coven members need to be sired by Arturo! Some might be friends he made in the past that joined him here or more recently turned vampires that found their way to town.
General information on the coven is located here. Arturo isn't a 'traditional family man' but he enjoys close bonds with fellow vampires, the comradery of family ties that stand the test of time, the ability to share stories and knowledge, as well as the more exciting aspects of vampire pleasure. He holds meetings loosely once a season, often as parties at The Villa, his country home, but also as some other activities.
I'd love to come up with a 'group activity' that they use as a cover but also because having something to force more interactions and group bonding is fun! Whether that is a local business, a club, a local sports team, the AA meetings, a metal working club, a dance team, whatever people think sounds fun! I want to find something that feels open to all types of characters but can be a bit goofy or multiple things.
Sired Vampires The life of a vampire can be a lonely one. But considering how his own transition occurred, Arturo very much prefers that both parties understand exactly what they are getting into if one is going to potentially spend eternity together. Arturo would prefer that at least at some point in time, they shared fond memories of each other. Whether that is pure friendship, or a deeper romantic connection is up to you! Arturo is a very friendly sort and always looking for companionship in one form or another.
Any vampires he sired are likely 400 years old or less but could be from any location and all walks of life. Feel free to check out his bio for some ideas, or message me in discord!
The Coven The Coven has a very loose structure, as most vampires are quite capable beings and Arturo likes to be very hands on. However, he often has a couple advisors (though who occupies those roles may sometimes change) and some other aides that generally help with maintaining The Villa and other paperwork. Some other 'ranks' are more akin to nicknames that have become attached to different members for one reason or another, but generally all having to do with bullfighting terms and people. Picador - Advisor - Lorelle Irving Picador - Advisor - OPEN Banderillero(Guardián del Terreno) - "groundskeeper," handles the house and acreage - OPEN Banderillero(Guardián del Libros) - "archivist," handles IDs, taxes, and network security - OPEN Banderillero(Guardián de la Mazmorra) - "dungeonmaster," handles feasts, orgies, whatever - OPEN
