Calliope Bartlett was out and about, just looking for a way to take away some stress from the uncomfortable conversations at home regarding the ‘family business’. Everyone already knew she would do whatever her parent’s asked in regards to staying and helping, but they always made the conversations so awkward. Almost as if they expected her to throw a fit or try and argue. She was content to stay around her hometown and working with the Orchards. Better yet, she even hoped to expand and open a ‘free greenhouse’ where people who were struggling could help tend to the plants and enjoy the produce they helped grow. Though there were some in the family that found her notions of offering anything for ‘free’ were childish and whimsical at best. She merely shrugged off the rude remarks and kept her ideas and plans to herself. Or shared them with Kota and their mother. They were about the only two people she felt she could be open and honest with… well, for the most part. Kota was the only person she was ever truly transparent with. Callie was quite lost in thought and eventually found herself looking through the upstairs bookshelf at The Nook in the West Side of town.
Her long light brown hair was in loose curls, swaying lightly as she moved and let her fingers trace along the spines to books that were before her. She was wearing a ridiculously short pair of ripped jean shorts, the kind where the pockets hang lower than the shorts themselves, a half tucked in white loose tank top that had a dangerously low neckline, and a burgundy knit cardigan that also appeared to be longer than her shorts. She had a pair of white worn converse, and a single necklace with a crystal pendant that redirected attention to her chest. Her brown eyes were done up with minimal make-up, opting for a more ‘natural’ look today, though her mascara was definitely ‘on point’. She ran a hand through her hair and sighed as she looked around.
Callie enjoyed the atmosphere of The Nook, it was quiet and relaxing. And upstairs wasn’t all that busy today, so it provided her with the perfect escape from her thoughts and stress at home. Instead, she mulled over selecting another book on botany that she’d read about fifteen times already, or a collection of poems from Robert Frost. Callie clicked her tongue as she debated between the two, tapping her left foot as she did.

Jack had always liked the Nook ever since they opened. That smell of parchment in a nice library was so different than it was at the school. Today he was merely browsing, no real goal or anything he was looked for.
As he made his way upstairs he was walking along one of the bookshelves even through the shelf he spotted a pair of amazing breasts, a shirt cut far too low and a crystal necklace highlighting the look. He smiled to himself and let himself look a little longer, silently enjoying the sight until he decided he wanted to see who the mystery temptress was.
He walked to the edge of the shelf and then around the corner, spitting the girl from behind. He swore he could almost see her ass cheeks from under those super short shorts. He could tell who she was, not yet, so he spoke as she clicked her tongue thoughtfully.
”Choosing between books is always such a challenge,” he commented. ”I usually recommend taking both,” he said with a little chuckle.

Callie was quite lost in her thoughts, she didn’t even notice another person not only walk up the stairs, but come close to where she was looking. It wasn’t until he spoke that she sudden;y became a aware, and jumped at little at being pulled from her thoughts. Upon being startled, she dropped one of the books, and she might have exaggerated the lean and time it took for her to collect the book. She didn’t care if it was obvious, she enjoyed being seen, no hard in looking after all; right? Plus, she’d be lying if she said she didn’t immediately recognize the voice, it was one she heard practically everyday at school; Principal Jack Hollifield. Only half the girls she knew would admit to finding him dreamy, and Callie was definitely included in that group. Though she preferred a more mature word than dreamy.
She straightened back up from collecting the book, tossed her hair back over her shoulder and turned to face him with a slightly embarrassed smile, only the lightest blush creeping into her face as she shrugged between the two books. “You’re absolutely right, I don’t know why I even have to pretend like it’s a tough choice. ” Callie responded with a smile, her tone smooth and soft. Something about being in bookshelves made her feel like she needed to keep her tone down. A habit no doubt from the time she spent in the local library. She made no attempt to disguise the fact that she was looking him up and down, and even ever so gently bit her lip before shaking her head a little, hair falling over her shoulder to her chest as she did. “And how is the good Principal Hollifield doing today?” Her warm brown eyes giving off a flirtatious gleam as she carefully emphasized his title and name.
Callie had no shame in her game, especially when no one was around to cast any question or caution to her actions. There was something so much more enjoyable and exciting about a back and forth with a man than with the guys her age… especially one she was supposed to consider ‘off limits’. Limits were just suggestions after all.

He hadn’t meant to startle her, but in the quiet of the bookstore it made sense that it would happen anyway. He had taken half a step forward to assist with the fallen book but halted at the view and the minx of a woman bent over in a way that he was 90% sure was intentional and he soaked in the view of her backside, the underside of her buttcheeks now definitely exposed if even for a moment.
Damn, was it getting warmer in here?
Though as she turned around he couldn’t help the feeling of disappointment that washed over him. He knew her face. Calliope Bartlett. Sister to Dakota. And most importantly, one of his high school students. He had a strict rule about not messing around with his students from the high school, even if they were in their final year and about to graduate like Calliope was.
So why did it sound so alluring when she called him by his title? The obvious way she was checking him out had him opening up more to her. It might be against his rules to touch but a little flirting was harmless. Right?
“Doing well,” he replied, his eyes falling to her lips as her bite to then drew his attention. He lingered there for just a moment before looking back up. The last thing he needed was for her to go tattle on him to her founding family members and in spite of his own influence in a reputable family of his own would likely get him into a lot of trouble and possibly lose his position.
“And how are you Miss Calliope?” He asked, unaware that she typically went by a shorter version of her name. As much as he was trying to keep his gaze on her eyes he couldn’t help but take a couple occasional glanced down to her perfect bosom.

Was it even possible for this man to look anything but attractive? In all the times she’d seen him, around town, at school or at town events; he always looked so well put together. Callie couldn’t help but wonder what he might look like a little more… undone, and possibly less clothed. Unashamed of her naughty train of thoughts, she couldn’t help put smile as she noticed his gaze move from her lips, to her eyes, and even occasionally to her chest. She didn’t just imagine that, right? He absolutely was checking her out, and knowing that definitely made her feel…. some kind of way. She felt her blush fade as a she quickly grew comfortable with his gaze on her. She had no idea her principal could be tempted to consider her in a light other than as merely a student. And this excited her at the thought. After all, Callie definitely preferred capturing his attention and perhaps exploring how far she could push his limits.
She wasn’t even particularly bothered by his use of her full first name, she liked how it sounded coming from his lips. “Oh, much better now.” She said rather boldly after giving a curious glance around to ensure no wandering eyes, or ears were near. “And you can call me Callie, everybody does.” Callie found herself leaning slightly against the bookshelf beside her, though she also made the not so subtle effort of ensuring the visibility of her chest. Callie wasn’t as innocent as she looked, and thanks to being careful and caustics, not many people knew; but she was building a little reputations for herself when it came to seducing some of the older men in the town. Though she generally picked her ‘mark’ carefully and made sure they knew not to say anything either, she didn’t need word getting back to her father after all. So she generally shied away from founding family members, or those well established in the community. But Jack, he was just far too tempting for her to pass on the chance to flirt and see where she could get.
“So, what brings you here today? Business, or pleasure?” Callie was painfully aware of how obvious she was being with her flirting, but she also didn’t care. Sometimes men would act oblivious just to be able to claim ignorance, and she wanted him to know she was VERY clearly flirting with him. She was itching to see what his limits were, because she personally didn’t have any when it came to him.

Being the principal of a high school, Jack was very used to some of that typical teenage behavior and slutty behavior from both the boys and the girls wasn’t exactly abnormal. Yet there was something in the way Callie was using her assets to her advantage that gave Jack the impression she wasn’t new to this and that she was often successful too.
She knew what she was doing and so he didn’t hesitate to be a willing recipient as he let his eyes wander to every part of her that she was making such an effort to show off. His mind was fully wandering now, letting the fantasy be just that. He might not make a real move but he could imagine how her tight, perfect, young body would feel in his hands or the gentle weight of her straddling him.
He was going to need to be careful of his thoughts though or things were going to start getting physically uncomfortable. It was a Friday and he’d come directly from the school so his outfit was typical of what she’d be used to seeing him in. Fitted suit pants, cream colored today, and a fitted button up shirt of green and grey, the top button undone and his sleeves rolled up a quarter of the way.
He smirked at the question she posed, knowing full well she was using those particular words on purpose. “Pleasure,” he said, his voice soft as appropriate for the book store with a deep rumble in his throat. He took a couple steps closer to her and reached for the books she was holding. ”May I?” he asked and if she handed him the books he’d look them over.
”Two very different selections,” he commented casually.

In school Callie was a decent student, she didn’t go out of her way to be top of the class, but she was intelligent and maintained good grades. She didn’t care much for the school related activities though, that was more Kota’s style. Though she did join her sister for the occasional football game and such. No, her preference was to pass by as a ‘good girl’ to the parents and townies, and party when no one was there to tattle. And her subtle act of seducing the occasional older man usual took place far from any watchful eyes. After all, her life would be turned into a living HELL if her dad caught wind of her ’antics’ as he’d refer to them. Just as Kota had her preferences that she kept secret from their dad, Kota kept Callie’s secrets too. If she pursued her interest in the Principal, she wouldn’t dare tell Kota. She needed a few secrets just to keep to herself. And if his wandering eyes enjoying her visible assets was any indication of the potential, this was one secret she’d enjoy to the full extent.
“Mmm, the best reason to find oneself in a bookstore, or anywhere for that matter.” Callie said with a smile, and let her eyes trail down his face, soaking in the visible part of his chest before lowering again toward his hip and groin area with a bite of her lip. This man was an absolute stunning specimen. She handed him the books and twirled some of her hair in her fingers as she met his gaze. “What can I say? Poetry can be quite therapeutic for the soul, and the book on Botany, well… ” She trailed off slightly as she gave a mischievous wink, looked him up and down once again, gaze lingering at his hips longer than was ‘decent’. “I’m really good at making things… grow.” Callie wasn’t one to beat around the bush when she made her mind up on committing to flirting and or attempting to seduce someone. If she was one thing, it was most certainly bold.

Jack couldn't entirely disagree with that notion. Pleasure was a really good draw to certain activities, definitely something worth seeking out, regardless of where you found it...mostly. If Jack had had any guesses if he was interpreting her flirtatious actions incorrectly, that all went out the window when she blatantly checked him out below the belt. She'd likely see, given the fitted cut of his clothing, that while he wasn't fully erect at the moment, she had definitely begun to stir up a little blood flow there.
He had half a mind to try to distract her, to draw her attention elsewhere, or to even grab a book to 'hide' behind but...again...looking and flirting wasn't terribly harmful as long as they kept their hands to themselves. As much as he might like to imagine otherwise.
He let out a soft chuckle at her comment. Quite the innuendo really. Clever little thing. "A green thumb, huh?" he asked, not commenting on the actual meaning of the phrase. "Do you have a favorite? Plant I mean?" he asked, opening up the botany book and thumbing through the pages. The level he held the book was conveniently right at her chest height and he could easily pretend to be looking at the book while also getting an eyeful of her glorious cleavage.

She wasn’t inexperienced in these situations, despite her youth, Callie knew exactly how to get the results she wanted. And she expected Jack would be no exception to her charms. Though, she couldn’t say just yet. After all, this was her principal and a rather respected member of the town, he probably wouldn’t be one to cave so easily. But judging be the already visible effect she was having on him; there was definitely a chance in her mind.
“Oh, for sure. And I do so enjoy working with my hands.” She responded with a half smile, her gaze moving to his face as she watched him handle the book. She toyed with the crystal pendant above her chest as she considered his question and then let it fall back atop her chest as she leaned forward and flipped a few pages from where he was at, not at all trying to hide the fact that as she leaned forward, her shirt dropped forward as well, revealing the slightest view of the blush colored lace bra that barely contained her C-cup breast. “Orchids.” Callie said smoothly and softly as she tapped the lovely drawing at the side of the page.
“They’re not the easiest the grow in certain environments, but if you take all the necessary precautions and are careful enough; you’re rewarded with something beautiful.” Was she merely referring to the flowers, or was that also an innuendo… he could take it either way, though she knew her eyes definitely gave away her intent.

She was full of innuendos and hints and it was honestly driving him a little wild. If she was just a little bit older then he'd be much more physically engaged but he was rather determined to stick to his guns, no matter how challenging it was. Most high school girls, however, would not keep putting in this much effort, certainly not to their principal. Her determination was incredibly alluring. He already knew he'd be fantasizing about her with his hand down his pants before he went to sleep tonight.
As she leaned forward and started to flip through the pages of the look he definitely appreciated the peek of her bra that he got. Was that lace? Dammit she was killing him. He hardly heard what she said about the flower but given the one she'd chosen he could guess the general context based on everything else she'd said up until now. He had been staring too long but found it hard to pull his eyes away from the view. "Mmm, yes, very challenging," he mumbled, only half comprehending what she'd said, his mind completely elsewhere.

Callie wasn’t at all new to that look, and it made her positively giddy inside to see just how much the littlest shift in her body and what became visible; affected him. After all, this wasn’t her first rodeo. She still exchanged the occasional sexts with one of the men she seduced earlier in the year. And despite any part of her mind that told her she ought to stop, he was her principal and she didn’t need to get in trouble; Callie was far too interested in getting to see just how far she could push this.
She pretended to focus on the book, but was fully enjoying the thrill of knowing his eyes were focused on her chest, specifically the bra that was partially visible. Then, when she was sure he had likely committed the image to memory, Callie lightly cleared her throat. “See something you like?” The mischievous spark in her eye gave away her own enjoyment. “Because I could probably send you a better picture than what you can currently see.”

Her question had him coming back to himself. No. It was too much. Too far. A picture was more likely to be valid evidence in court if things turned sour. It was too risky. She was just a teenager, she didn't know what she really wanted. He very much wished he could have a picture. It would certainly help with his now planned activities for the evening. But he shouldn't. He couldn't.
"Of an orchid?" he asked as if they had been talking about the plant book the whole time. Though when he realized the question he specifically had asked he realized it could be taken in entirely the wrong way and he tried to recover. "That's alright, I've seen plenty..." that sounded bad too. "In books." Nope, making it worse.
He closed the book with a snap and handed both of them back to her as he took a step back. "I hope you enjoy your books, Calliope," he said. He knew that she had offered to have him call her Callie but he was interested to see if she'd react negatively to her full name spoken again. He kind of liked how it felt on his tongue when he said it. Calliope.

Despite the ‘calm and collected’ light she was so accustomed to seeing him in, Principal Hollifield seemed almost… dare she say; flustered? Callie fought off the smile that threatened to take her lips and simply quirked a brow as he appeared to stumble over his sentences that always seemed to come out with a hint of innuendo. She knew what he meant, but she was having far too much fun to simply let things be. Callie leaned back again against the bookshelf, accepting the books being handed back to her.
Normally Callie would roll her eyes at the sound of her full first name being uttered, but there was something about the way he said it that made it sound almost exotic. She smirked as she looked at the books in her hand, then back to him with a particularly ‘innocent’ looking expression. “Oh, I most certainly will, Principal Hollifield.” Callie’s tone was soft and surprising sultry as she said his professional title once again. There was something thrilling about talking to him in this manner, especially as one of his students. The way he seemed to be steeling himself against her flirtations only made her more intrigued. So far, she could gauge that he didn’t seem too keen on the idea of a picture. A man in his position wouldn’t be dumb enough to be caught exchanging photos with one of his students after all. This would require more thought and creativeness… Callie was definitely up for the challenge.
“Though I’m quite familiar with this book on Botany, maybe I need to find something more…. Stimulating.” She said with a flirtatious wink as she turned back to the shelf and slowly bent down again, this time to return the book to it’s spot, but she was clearly taking her time to allow him a better view of her ass. “Do you have any recommendations?”
Post by Jack Hollifield on Sept 16, 2023 23:37:04 GMT
She didn't protest or even give a sign of displeasure at him using the longer version of her name so he tucked that information into his pocket for later. Later? He really shouldn't be thinking about later, there ought to be no 'later'. And least not for a good long while yet. Even that thought was one he tried to shake from his head. He definitely shouldn't be counting down the days until graduation just so he could get into the pants of a pretty young lady.
"A more stimulating book on botany?" he asked, trying to pretend he didn't know that she was still enjoy all those play on words. "Does one exist?" he asked with a little chuckle.
And then she was bending over again.
Dammit.
That half hard cock in his pants was now straining for release. He automatically took a couple steps back, aiming for an escape. "I'm sure I'll see you around at school, Calliope. If you need any help going over your grades or transcripts for college, feel free to stop by office," he was saying, prying himself away from that glorious view of her backside as he turned to go, only half realizing he had just invited her to have further interactions with him.
Post by Calliope Bartlett on Sept 17, 2023 1:01:51 GMT
Callie assumed her bending over yet again had the desired affect, because it sounded like Principal Hollifield was making an escape, and the slight glance she cast toward him, or rather; his groin area, revealed exactly what she was hoping for. She knew men were quite visual, and Callie was very aware of how attractive she is, and she put that knowledge to use in her favor. Jack Hollifield would likely be thinking of her again in his alone time.
That knowledge gave her such a rush, Callie almost needed some private time to herself for pleasurable reasons. She smirked as she stood and held onto the poetry book in her hands. She most definitely would take advantage of the fact that he did indeed invite her to interact with him again. Callie half expected him to berate or correct her, but instead he most certainly enjoyed eyeing her up and down, and clearly had some pretty interesting reactions to her flirtations. “oh, absolutely Principal Hollifield.” She said with a smile as she watched him leave and settled into a chair with the poetry book.
