03.2023 | WELCOME BACK! Hello friends old and new! I'm so excited to welcome you all back to SITW! I've made some changes to the plot and added the ability to play supernatural charcaters! So come and check it out! I can't wait to jump back into this little town with all of you!
A strange history surrounds the town, it is a place where mysterious and supernatural things have been known to happen. The reputation of the town reguarly draws in visitors and newcomers alike. While some residents avidly believe in the supernatural, others are far more skeptical. What do you believe?
1456: Hey, Brooks, it's Ferris 1457: You up for a jam session? Normally I play acoustic, but feeling like some electric guitar. Hopefully the neighbors don't mind. I'm in North Arbor if you want to stop by this evening or Wed

Brooks felt his phone vibrate on silent and picked up to glance at the screen. When he saw Ferris' name his stomach did a little excited flip and he couldn't help the smile that lit up his whole face. When he read the text that grin only grew wider. Elodie, who was mucking a stall beside him looked at him with a curious smile but he waved her off, turning away from her to reply.
2:59pm: Hey Ferris Tonight definitely works! I get done at work here at 6. I'll bring my speakers to plug in! What time should I come by?

Ferris had set down his phone and began a half assed attempt to clean up his mess dining table that was more 'temporary storage turned semi-permanent' than somewhere he ate food. He nearly jumped when the table vibrated, not expecting a reply back so quickly.
1500: Great! #219. anytime after 6 works. can order take out or something if you want

Brooks had still been holding his phone and saw the little typing dot icon at the bottom of the message while Ferris typed out a reply. He knew he should just tuck his phone back into his pocket and give it a few minutes before replying again but he just couldn't contain himself. As soon as the new message popped up he'd reply again, re-reading it a few times before sending it even though it was a short message.
3:02pm: I'll be there! And food is always a good choice
Even after hitting send he was sure it sounded dumb but he put his phone away anyway and got back to work, trying not to overthink it. Which was impossible.
