03.2023 | WELCOME BACK! Hello friends old and new! I'm so excited to welcome you all back to SITW! I've made some changes to the plot and added the ability to play supernatural charcaters! So come and check it out! I can't wait to jump back into this little town with all of you!
A strange history surrounds the town, it is a place where mysterious and supernatural things have been known to happen. The reputation of the town reguarly draws in visitors and newcomers alike. While some residents avidly believe in the supernatural, others are far more skeptical. What do you believe?
Alexis hadn't been sleeping well ever since Price had been taken to the hospital. Sure, they didn't get along great but when he had to be sent away from home afterwards it left Alexis feeling like she was in some strange limbo. She missed him more than she thought she ever would and she watched the worry on her dad's face for his golden child.
After tossing and turn for a while she finally gave up and pulled out her phone and texted West.

West rather enjoyed not having Price bother him. But as much as he hated to watch it, he did miss his ass soaking in all the parental attention. Of course, there mother didn't let them forget which was their favorite child, even when he wasn't around.
He'd spent the evening out taking a ride since it was finally the opposite of cold. It felt good not to have to bundle up and shiver in the cold air. He'd returned late, missing dinner on purpose. How was that for a more diplomatic exit, dad? Never arriving at all to even have an exit. He'd raided the fridge and taken food to his room and stayed up playing video games.
His phone vibrated his desk and he looked over once the in-game mission finished.
12:10a: Sleep is for the weak 12:10a: get over here
He'd give her a few minutes to either text back or come to his room if she hadn't passed out yet.

West didn't answer right away but since she had her phone out she automatically starting scrolling through social media and a few minutes later got the notification of a text from her younger brother. She couldn't help but smile a bit at his reply as she crawled out of bed. She wore a matching silk tank top and shorts in a floral pattern and grabbed a fluffy blanket to wrap around her shoulders as she walked with bare feet over to West's room where the glow from the tv could be seen under the door.
She didn't bother to knock as reached his room and pushed open the door. He was expected her so she didn't think she'd need a second invitation. She glanced at the screen to see what game he was playing. "I thought you finished this one already," she commented though she easily got his different games mixed up.

He was scrolling through menus and character options when she entered, sweatpants and no shirt on, headset muted and hanging around his neck. He had a killer set up, between dual backlit monitors, the newest graphics card in a lit-up case below the wide desk and a solid headset and mic. He could probably pull off streaming, equipment wise and personality wise if he had the drive to focus on anything. He'd never actually thought about it. Clearly, this was what most of his 'allowance' went into, when he wasn't spending it on snacks or weed or Milo.
West snorted. "It's a live service game. You don't 'finish' it. You just...stop playing once you get bored," he said, shaking his head. He played a variety of things, mostly various kinds of shooters, some more competitive than others, and usually things that were short, focused sessions. Those tended to be easier to handle when he was high. Which, at the moment, he was working down from, which meant he was tired, but not sleepy and way hungrier than anything. It was past midnight so any snacks would be on him.
"Aren't you moving out soon, little sis? Not gonna be able to keep having these late-night rendezvous once you move to your own place," he teased, tugging his headset off and setting it on his desk. He got up with a stretch. "Are we sober tonight? Cause I'm not." They'd done this a few times before, though not often and not recently, but usually when Alexis bugged him at this time of night, she was looking for something more interesting to do.
