She's spoiled by her parents, expects everything to be handed to her, and doesn't care to think about the consequences of her actions.

She's beautiful and she absolutely knows it. She'll use her looks and her money (or Daddy's money) to get her way with the perfect kind of faux innocence that will melt your heart. She's manipulative and cares about her image far more than anyone should. She the perfect mix of falsely sweet but will totally spread nasty rumors about you if you cross her.

Flighty and flirty, she's always up for a good time but struggles with commitment, wanting to keep her options open. After all, why would she settle down with just one guy when they are all clambering to get to her? The guy who she ends up with will have to be quite the prince charming in order to get her to commit to him fully.

General History: Blair grew up in Northern California with her parents and her older brother. When she was 10 years old her mother took off with some random guy and they never saw her again. Her and her brother were then raised solely by their father. Her father heard about Sweetheart and being interested in the business opportunities there he moved the three of them to the small town when Blair was 13 and her brother was 16. Already coming from wealth, the moved into the woodlands and her father prospers off of the increased interest in the town on top of his other business ventures from back in California.

It didn't take long for Blair to take over the school. She was pretty and new to town, coming from somewhere big like California, it made people in this small town automatically interested in her and she jumped on it. She was quickly at the top of the social hierarchy in school and that is where she has stayed.
