General personality: Charlie is the kind of man that everyone in town knows and loves. He's a staple to the community and even as he ages he is the kind of person that everyone wants to be around and be friends with. The man has connections and his voice of influence has helped many people in the past and present. He has a hand in many business around town, being the owner of their buildings and each connection builds on the last.

He is rarely seen alone, loving the company of others, young and old. He greets everyone with a smile on his face and a hug, whether they like it or not. He gives out the best candy on Halloween and opens up his home to everyone, often having groups of neighborhood kids over to hang out and play in the game room- complete with ping pong table, authentic arcade games, dart boards, and a soda bar.

Despite being one of the most wealthy and influential men in town, Charlie is very approachable and loving to everyone in the community.

General History: Charles has spend his entire life in Sweetwater and never had the urge to leave, why would he? He comes from a founding family, the wealthiest family in town, and had everything he could possible need. He maybe had a bit of an itch for adventure when he was a young man but it was usually scratched with a week or two traversing the mountains with his buddies. He was also known at the 'good kid', he was respectful of others and very social. Parents thought he'd be the perfect match for their daughters, the girls wanted to date him, and the boys wanted to be his friend. He had a sparkling reputation. When he was 25 he married his wife and 4 years later they had their first child when Charles, or Charlie as he was called by most people, was 29 years old. They went on to have two other children, all three were boys.

Despite only having a remote campus in Sweetwater, Charles managed to get a good education and he used those skills as well being taught by his parents in order to take up the family business. He owns a lot of real estate, some well known locations are the North Arbor Apartments, the shopping center buildings, and the stables. He became Principal of Hollifield High School about 20 years ago and is well loved by staff and students alike.

He now has six grandchildren and is still in great shape for his age, staying active physically as well as in the community and still continues to host many gatherings in his home and around town.
