General History: Natalie was raised in a small town, by two incredibly selfish people. She would later learn that their behaviors were not her fault but symptoms of their various personality disorders. This is probably what drives her to figure people out. She views each person as a puzzle that she needs to piece together. Like a game she has to win. Her parents made it clear to her from a very young age, that she needed to be perfect and never an embarrassment. So that’s what she did, she became perfect at everything she tried, just trying to get some form of approval from them. The approval never came. Once she graduated from high school, she attended nursing school. She thought her parents would be proud of a nurse. Instead they told her she was setting up for failure and her best option would be to find a rich husband. This made her only want it more. She graduated at the top of her class, even managing to pick up a minor in psychology. But of course that wasn’t good enough. She had been hurt by them so many times, she just decided to avoid it all and move away. She took the first travel nurse opportunity that was emailed to her and left for the Sweetwater Clinic. Although she was a bit nervous to start over in a new place completely alone, she was confident that she could do this. She didn’t need anyone.
