General personality: Wei is bright and bubbly and always looking for her next story. She isn't afraid to talk to strangers or ask personal questions. She does whatever she can to find the truth, that's why she joined the school newspaper. Cheerleading became a great past time to let her constantly searching mind rest for a minute. She generally makes friends easily though some people find her straightforwardness off-putting. She is fiercely protective of those she cares about. She is not afraid to hurt your feelings so if you hurt her friends or family, prepare to feel the pain of her wrath.

Education: High School Senior Years in Sweetwater: 11 Family Members: Amy Pavlov Chen 49 - Birth Mother, Nina Pavlov Chen 48 - Mother, 1 older sibling 23 (OPEN)
General History: Wei has 2 moms and 1 older sibling. Her parents love her and her sibling with all they have. They met in college in England and after graduation, they moved to Ukraine, Nina's home country, to get married. 2 years later they decided to have a baby. They made the decision to have Nina carry the baby. Then about five years later they had another baby with Amy carrying this time. That's where Wei comes in.
They lived in Ukraine until Wei was 5. They moved to Denver, where Amy had grown up, and lived there for 2 years until they discovered Sweetwater on a road trip and thought it was perfect. However their finances weren't great since their move from Ukraine so they started out living in Sunny Heights. Then 6 years ago Amy got a job offer in China and decided to take it. She went alone, not wanting to uproot her family once again. But the money she got was enough to move her family to West Haven.
Wei misses her mom but loves that she got to stay in Sweetwater. She has visited her mom a few times over the summers and Amy comes back as much as she can but it has been hard being apart for all of them. But Wei has really taken to life here. She started writing stories back in middle school and then took up cheerleading in high school.
