General History: Jade's parents were born in Korea and moved to America before Jade was born. They had originally moved to California but eventually grew tired of the hustle and bustle of the city and when Jade was 12 they moved to Sweetwater.

Jade made a few good friends pretty quickly and clung to them with fierce loyalty. Her family has never been very well off financially and she has seen her parents fight hard to make their life in America the dream they say it's supposed to be. She works hard to make them proud but isn't afraid to break the rules if she thinks it's for a good reason.
