PERSONALITY
Likes: Artwork in many forms, Minty gum, Exploring, Going out Dislikes: Debbie Downers, Being 'mansplained' to, Sci-Fi movies Strengths: Creativity, being a go-getter, family Weaknesses: Spiders, When things get too complacent.
General personality: Kali is tough. Having 3 older brothers, she has to be. Tough is not as bad as some people think, at least in her opinion. She isn't mean, no that would be Carson out of the siblings if anyone (though mean in a 'I just love you and want you to be the best'). She just never took no as an answer, never liked when someone told her she wasn't smart/good enough for something. No, she would just laugh and smile, the 'Watch me' wasn't needed to be vocalized. She has strong loyalty with her family, and would walk a mile through burning coal if it meant that they would be safe. Though she would probably find a clever way to get around having to burn her feet for miles. Whether through engineering some tough socks that would transfer heat or a way to superwoman her way over the coals. But you get the idea.
She isn't wasteful, believing that even the broken things can be fixed or made into something useful. If you ever visit her house, just know that fact before entering the door. Not hoarder style, but perhaps watch your step worthy. She just has a lot on her mind and can easily bounce from project to project. Adaptability is key in her mind. Scatter brain, that's the word those who don't understand her use. She can make friends easily, her bartending years taught her to turn the smile into one of warmth and it easily got people to like her. Her wit and banter kept them around for longer, creating regulars who would make sure to find her side of the bar.
HISTORY
Education: Graduated HS in Fort Collins, CO | Graduated with a Master of Arts in Teaching from Colorado State. Years in Sweetwater: Less than 6 months Family Members: Dominic Wyatt - Father | Emory Wyatt - Mother | _____ Wyatt - Oldest brother | _____ Wyatt - Older Brother | _____ Wyatt - Older Brother
General History: Kali grew up as the youngest of four children of the Wyatt's and the only girl. Which meant she grew up tough and having to handle her own. Though don't get it wrong, her brothers loved her dearly. Which meant that they easily scared off plenty of people in her life. Friends, potential boyfriends. It got to the point that she actually hid anyone she was dating for a while before she'd bring them home. Though they always seemed to get spooked by her brothers and they just 'weren't working out' shortly after that.
Her childhood was filled with laughter and family dinners. It was something that her parents were very big on. Technology down, at least twice a week, and everyone engaged and sharing stories about their lives. Updates, school, anything of the sorts. And when she wasn't at home, she was out with friends. Constantly going to the regular hang outs, any house parties that she could find, and if there was a bonfire party to be known about, she was there.
Once high school was over, she wasted no time in heading off to college. The one constant thing in her life had always been art, constantly wanting to create and show off anything that she made to her family and friends. Finding love especially in pottery and painting. When she got into school, she never wanted to be a 'starving' artist, so she decided to be more along the lines of 'constantly broke' and went for a teaching career in arts. She bartended throughout her college time, paying for as much as she could outside of her partial scholarship that she had earned.
When she graduated, she found a teaching job locally, but that only lasted a few years. She grew restless for always being in the same place and decided to reach out and look for other places. Still within the state so that way she could drive home occasionally to partake in those Wyatt family dinners. Just a few months ago, she found an opening in Sweetwater and found herself drawn to the small town. Ready to take on life in a new place.
