03.2023 | WELCOME BACK! Hello friends old and new! I'm so excited to welcome you all back to SITW! I've made some changes to the plot and added the ability to play supernatural charcaters! So come and check it out! I can't wait to jump back into this little town with all of you!
A strange history surrounds the town, it is a place where mysterious and supernatural things have been known to happen. The reputation of the town reguarly draws in visitors and newcomers alike. While some residents avidly believe in the supernatural, others are far more skeptical. What do you believe?
"Not a Harley, if that's what you're wondering." They were in the hall, but the detention class was close to the exit for the building. It was already about 4:30 and a Friday, so no one was around unless you went to the front office.
"I have a Victory motorcycle." He relented, only because he liked talking things with wheels. Not that she understood, likely, or even knew what the brand was.
Blair knew nothing about motorcycles and little about any other vehicle so neither name meant much to her expect she had heard of a Harley before.
“I haven’t. But I’ve always wanted to. They seem so...exciting.” She said with a smile and shrugged one shoulder. “Can I see yours?” She asked, they were both headed to the lot anyway.
King's eyes glanced down the hall before they left the building. He really didn't want to be seen leaving with a high schooler. Someone might see and get the wrong idea. He knew she was a woman, and an attractive one at that, but he already towed the line with his job with the tattoos and the motorcycle and his nontraditional teaching habits...
But they were both headed towards the lot so there was little he could do.
"They are. You should definitely try it out sometime." Then she asked to see his. Why? She probably knew nothing about them. "Maybe some other time." He let himself pretend she'd been asking to see something else. He wasn't a perve--she was eighteen, right?--he just hadn't gotten laid in a while. She had clearly been flirting with him back in the classroom. Most female students did...just never usually the bold. If he didn't know any better he might have actually thought she was willing...
She liked his encouragement that she give it a try sometime. Certainly not the typical adult warning of how dangerous they could be.
Instead of being disappointed she gave him a smile. “Ok, Professor. Some other time.” She said as they exited the building. She considered asking him to accompany her to her car, feigning walking alone. But it was a small town and the sun was still up and she wasn’t sure she could make her concern believable.
“I’ll see you on Monday I guess.” She said as she started to walk away towards her car, walking with the perfect little sway of her hips that showed off her legs.
Maybe if she happened across him when they weren’t at school she’d have more luck.
King headed away from her and towards the pretty grey bike that had been waiting for him all day. There she was. The only girl he was riding these days.
"Yep, see ya." He said casually, not bothering to look over his shoulder to watch her walk away--even though he really wanted to.
