A strange history surrounds the town, it is a place where mysterious and supernatural things have been known to happen. The reputation of the town reguarly draws in visitors and newcomers alike. While some residents avidly believe in the supernatural, others are far more skeptical. What do you believe?

He snorted, slightly less amused by this joke. Wonder Woman was a superhero, she didn't kill people. Well, actually she didn't kill good people and West was pretty sure he was a grey area so maybe he wasn't as safe as he thought.
"Callie, your ass always looks great in the dark." So maybe he still wasn't the most mature guy around. But it was objectively funny, especially with the juxtaposition of how confident Callie was when she said it. And because West agreed one thousand percent that she had a nice ass.
West was pretty sure his father had nearly had a heart attack when he told him his first car was a motorcycle. The argument had been entirely worth it. It wasn't like he was going to make him take it back and West had been extra careful to keep the keys on him. Both his parents were somewhat resigned to it by now. But he didn't care. His mother barely paid him any attention anymore and his father was gone most of the time. Asshole was just jealous.
With Callie seated with her arms comfortably around him and her body pressed against his back, he revved the bike playfully and then turned them around. He pulled down the Lament House driveway and into the empty street. The cold wind whipped his hair back as he edged them up and over the speed limit. Between Callie's arms around him, the roar of the engine, the feel of the wind and weed in his pocket, it was a pretty nice night.

“Oh, someone’s feeling feisty.” She teased, rolling her eyes with a chuckle. Only a pinprick of a mild annoyance that he’d opted for teasing her instead of agreeing with her. But honestly, did she really expect anything less than that from West?
Callie was thrilled to be on the back of his motorcycle, clinging to him with delight. Giving his chest a playful pat as he revved the bike up, but he got them turned around and moving in no time. The exhilaration and adrenaline that coarsed through her body as they sped up was unlike anything Callie had experienced lately. Which only served to make her grip tighten around West.
Part of Callie didn’t want anything more than this. And yet, she couldn’t convince herself to accept it. Her denial was almost comical. But she also knew she’d never forgive herself if she hurt him just because she wasn’t ready to give up her stupid games… and she knew she wasn’t. The competitive nature ran deep, and she couldn’t quite stop yet, she wasn’t there yet. She might not ever get there. So for now, she just soaked up the closeness and enjoyed the ride the cool evening air giving her a slight chill, suddenly very aware of her nipples stiffen against his back.

West never liked to be predictable. Plus, giving Callie or anyone else too much of what they wanted was never fun. But also, it was just true. She could take it as a compliment or an insult.
Her arms around his chest, tightening on the turns, felt right in a lot of ways. He could feel her heartbeat, as well as a few other things pressed against his back. He grinned to himself and enjoyed the moment. It was a strange but pleasant juxtaposition between the cold air against his face and Callie's body against his back. He gunned the engine most of the way to the west side of town, comfortable in the evening air and closeness and only inclined to slow down as Munchie's lights came into view.
He pulled them into the lot and then one of the order slots, putting his leg out to hold up the bike. The open-air burger joint was an interesting choice for their mode of transportation, but he was just as interested in food. He popped the kick stand and killed the engine. "Where do you plan to fit a burger in your size two waist exactly?" West asked, looking over the seasonal milkshake offerings. He wanted so bad to be high right now.

The adrenaline rush that came from being not only so close to West, but from being on the back of his motorcycle was making her heart race. Plus there was the added bonus of how she ‘shouldn’t’ be seen around town with West, especially not on the back of his bike, unless she wanted to catch grief from her father. Honestly, she didn’t care. In that moment, being pressed up against his back; just enjoying the ride and proximity to him were the only things that mattered.
The way he slowed them down and eased to a stop. She slowly let go of her grip on his chest and sat up off from his back a bit. Pulling the helmet off, and giving her hair an exaggerated shake as she chuckled. “Hey, I can stash the order in my purse if I need to.” She teased with a smile, gently poking his side from where she sat behind him.
Glancing at the menu for a moment before making her decision; a bacon cheeseburger with a side of French fries.

West disliked losing Callie's arms around him, but their unspoken agreement meant he didn't say anything. Of course, he could tell she had been excited for the ride, but he put it down mostly to the bike and the destination and he desire to toy with him. There wasn't anything serious there, past or future. Not that he didn't enjoy looking back and catching her shaking her hair out. He grinned at her, almost wishing the sweater was more revealing.
He glanced at her purse and shrugged in silent acceptance before leaned to the window and pressing the order button. "Munchie's, what can we get for you?" came the voice through the box. He glanced over at the building, having a suspicion he knew that voice. Likely it was someone one of them went to school with. "A large bacon cheeseburger meal with fries and a banana, peanut butter, and bacon milkshake." Which wasn't seasonal, but since none of those had called to him, he went for his usual. He could always go for salty sweet and especially bacon. West leaned out of the way for Callie to order whatever she wanted.

While being hugged up on West kept her warm, leaning away from him took away that warmth and sent a shiver running down her spine. Almost enough to make her return her arms around his torso so she could stay warm. But she refrained from doing so, because she had the helmet off and didn’t need the wandering eyes making assumptions.
She grinned at his order, the milkshake was one she knew to be a favorite of his. It was oddly comforting to know some things didn’t change. “I’ll have a medium bacon cheeseburger with fries and a white chocolate raspberry milkshake.” She ordered with a smile, leaning forward enough to press her chest to his back to fight off some of the cold.

West nodded appreciatively at her order. Bacon was a must and while her milkshake of choice was far too much sweet at once, he did like the layers separately. And he'd lived her long enough that he'd tried most of the milkshakes on Munchie's menu. Why not, especially when it wasn't his money.
Callie didn't seem to have anywhere else to be tonight. Certainly no hot date or she wouldn't be with him. "So how long do you think it will take to crack your current plaything?" he asked while they waited for their food. West nearly said the man's name but decided to employ some subtly. It wasn't like he used any to cover up his drug habits after all.

The question wasn’t quite expected, so Callie took a moment to just consider her response. Honestly, she wasn’t sure. Normally she’d already have had her way and would just be enjoying repeat fun until she got bored. But his resolve was significantly stronger than most men she’d dealt with.
“He seems pretty determined to insist on waiting for graduation, but I think his resolve is breaking. At least enough to get him to reach out and contact me.” she didn’t mention how he followed her into the theater and fingered her, only for them to be interrupted by the fire alarm in the school going off. She wondered if they hadn’t been interrupted, how much further things might have progressed. “What do you think I could do to help break him?” She asked curiously, running her hands up and down his back playfully.

He leaned forward on the handlebars of his bike, folding his arms and tucking his hands in his jacket against the chill. He hadn't been hungry before, but the moment they ordered food, he was starving. He absently toyed with the plastic baggie in his jacket pocket.
He raised an eyebrow Callie couldn't see. She mentioned contacting her like it was such a big deal. Did the Principal not have a cell phone? He didn't seem so old to no understand technology. She must mean something else, maybe to do with those 'rules' she mentioned. So wack. "You graduate next summer, yeah?" he asked, looking over his shoulder at her. "He makes it that long, guy's either some kinda weirdo or he's gettin' something on the side," he pointed out. He honestly didn't know if Callie was the jealous sort. She was definitely chaotic, but whether she swung neutral or evil he wasn't sure he wanted to be on the receiving end of finding out.
It was his turn to field an unexpected question accompanied by the unexpected physical contact. He swallowed. "Trade clothes," he said instinctively, being liberal with the word 'trade' and then sort of fumbled to catch himself. "Not like...jackets, right. Maybe panties maybe just...something personal." He shrugged off the moment, looking over to the main building of Munchies and praying for their food to be delivered and save him from a conversation he knew very little about.

“Oh gosh, I’d hope he’s not just trying to be celibate in the meantime, I most certainly am not.” She answered a bit more quickly than she had intended, and found herself feeling mildly embarrassed for a moment. Her seduction game wasn’t about any form of serious connection or commitment, it was simply that; a game. One that typically resulted in her getting her fun, and moving on.
She could sit and try to unpack exactly what her issues were, or she could do the fun thing and just enjoy her high sex drive. Her therapist liked to toss around the notion of ‘hyper sexuality due to past trauma’. Callie preferred to think of it as just her having fun and enjoying herself. Nothing wrong with that… and it sounded way less intense.
“Oooh, that would be interesting. He does seem to prefer when I’m not wearing any.” She said casually with a shrug, tapping her chin for a moment as she considered his recommendation. Trying not to think of her admission about not going without. Especially considering the last person she had sex with was someone West particularly disliked… his brother Price.

West was most certainly aware that Callie was not celibate. Or chaste. Or whatever dumb words one might use to suggest she wasn't, in fact, having sex with any man she wanted. Except him. So probably that meant she didn't want to. Sure. Whatever. Her type of fun didn't sound all that fun to him anyway. All that teasing and chasing...it seemed like so much work. But clearly Callie liked it.
"Yeah? You not wearing anything right now?" he asked, pretending to be teasing but entirely curious. He needed to know. Actually, no, whatever Callie said, he was almost certain she wasn't right now. The idea made him...well normally he would say uncomfortable, but that wasn't what that feeling was at all.
Thankfully their food arrived, the delivery boy rolling out to them on skates and seeming a bit surprised and confused to find there was no car. West took the milkshake tray and handed it to Callie behind him, then finally got off his bike so he could pull out his wallet and turn over his parent's credit card in exchange for the rest of the food. The high school kid ran the cards before handing it back. "Have a great evening," he said with perhaps enough fake charm to come across as sincere before skating away. "Oh, I will," West said quietly with a grin, glancing at Callie as he sat down on the curb and began rifling through the bag to sort out whose food was where.

His words caught her a little of guard and she blushed, because she hadn’t expected to be asked that. Especially considering she wasn’t wearing any. She didn’t often make that decision with jeans, but wearing a thong in jeans this tight was always a miserable decision. And she wanted feeling her cheekies, they were leaving pantie-lines. So she opted for none. It was exciting and she liked how naughty it made her feel even if no one else knew.
Thankfully she was saved from an immediate response as their food was brought out to them. She stepped off from straddling the bike, setting down the helmet on the seat as she stepped over to join him, only stopping momentarily to lean down and collect her burger and fries, handing him his milkshake. Her sweater doing a poor job of covering the deep v-back of her back shirt, cleavage and even a glimpse of her lace light pink bra visible, her face finding his left ear. “No, I’m not wearing any panties right now.”
Her warm breath on his ear, she gave a side peck to his cheek as she stood back up and then moved to join him on the curb, not giving them space between them as she did. It was cold outside afterall. She took the first bite from her burger and couldn’t help but smile at the greasy goodness.

"Why yes, I would love your milkshake, thanks," he teased around a mouthful of burger as he took his shake from her. The more he thought about it, the more Callie fit with the white chocolate raspberry flavor she had picked. Sweet, smooth as velvet, and with the right kick of tartness to make her lips pucker together. Fuck.
All that raced through his head and then some as she leaned next to him, exposing her lace bra, those very lips nearly brushing his ear as she told him she was, in fact, very open and free beneath those jeans. Callie's lips on his cheek and the feel of her hot breath against his skin were the last nails in the coffin. Not that she could see any of what she had wrought with his loose jeans and the burger wrapper in his lap. He swallowed hard. Double fuck.
Belatedly, West twitched away from her and nudged her playfully, though not enough to actually push her and certainly his hand lingered on her sleeve a fraction longer than it needed to. "You're a fucking animal," he said, righting himself and very content with her hips and knees and shoulder brushing against his. It was cold, she'd just want him for body heat. Yeah. He took a long pull of his shake and shoved some fries in his mouth to avoid making her kissing him a conversation topic.

While in other situations Callie was very aware of just the affect she had on someone, she could never quite peg how West felt about her. Which was only slightly unnerving for her. But she never pushed more than she felt he was able to handle, or beyond what their friendship could withstand. She would never forgive herself if she did something stupid that resulted in losing their friendship. Secret or not, he was the only one she truly felt saw her Not just the sides she embraced the most around people. But the Callie she was before everything went to shit. Sometimes, she could feel that Callie still fighting to be seen, and it was almost always when she was around West.
She happily enjoyed her burger, smiling at his playful nudge. She enjoyed the warmth offered from sitting pressed against him, it was familiar and safe. Something she didn’t have with anyone else. They might be assholes and tease the living shit out of each other, but Callie valued West’s friendship more than she’d ever admit. Hence her fear over admitting to him that she’d hooked up with his brother… in his room. She swallowed hard and cleared her throat for a moment, taking a pull from her milkshake and grinning at the sweet and tart contrast of flavors from her burger and fries. “What can I say; life’s too short to be boring.” Callie admitted with a playful wink and enjoyed some of her fries, not at all shy about enjoying her food.
